Refund Amount

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the item(s) minus the shipping cost (if applicable). If the item was purchased on sale, the return shipping will be your responsibility.

Exclusions

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our processing system to ensure fast and efficient delivery. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed, a 30% cancellation fee will apply to cover fulfilment, handling, and transaction costs already incurred.
